Yeah... I was definitely thinking that Eric was planning on raping her, guess I had the right idea after all.

Have to admit, this wasn't what I was expecting when I clicked on the story.

Yes, when it comes down to it, she is just your basic, average girl. And we wouldn't have her any other way.
And, without a doubt, one of the best representations of Rufus in any story here.
Great story line, good pacing, characters in character, and just a few minor typos. Good work!

This whole story is so well conceived and well written. You really upped the ante and made this situation more tragic, which really fits with how grand and massive the situation was. You made this deep and emotional on an adult level, and it worked out beautifully.

The shift in Kim's feelings was just enough that her emotions bubbled over the line she had set and it ended on the right note. Very nice at showing the internal struggle and the pain they both felt.

Overall, it's a great story. Torture scenes that expose a greater character quality is always good to read. This was thoughtful and well paced. Great job! Favorited!

A very good, different interpretation of StD. Loved the humour. Ron very much IC. I can absolutely see him taking a Beating for KP. Her guilt at his beating, plus her totally missing the underlying threat is also very much IC.

I have been remiss in not getting back to you after reading this story late one night and going to bed-promising myself to review it later. My apologies.

Kim's sometimes naivete, and Ron's quiet bravery when Kim is truly endangered are qualities almost always overlooked by fan fiction writers that you make the starting point of you story. This is a truly believable way that they might have come together (though Synthodrone 901's thinking of her in that way is downright creepy). You manage to keep up a subtle dramatic/romantic tension after the change wrought by the events in your first chapter without falling into the melodramatic. All of this sets up the romantic revelations of the last chapter where they believably overcome their respective teenage anxieties to become a couple. Rufus' misspelled notes are adorable (almost too cute).

This is a remarkably romantic story that belongs on every K/R shipper's favorites list (and mine as well). Thank you for your efforts.

That was a very sweet ending. It was a wonderful story overall. Great job.
