This is a great one shot. I don't usually have time to read novel length long fanfics nor do I have the patience unless I'm really invested in the story or author so I've read a lot of Dramione one shots and this is by far the best one I've read. I didn't find the characters OOC at all except maybe when Hermione so willingly had sex with Draco but the confession at the end makes for an interesting back story. I think the plot was really good. The ending was sad but not as heartbreaking as Silencio but I like it. I guess with Hermione and Draco there can never be a truly happy ending with all the odds against them.

Love love love this. It makes me sad that isn’t a super long multi chapter fic.

To the guest who commented below read the description and author notes before reading this story. The author did say there would be NON CONSENSUAL SEX then you act disgusted when there is rape in the story my god. In fact she used the word multiple times so suck it up. Rape happens every day. A fictional story cant change or stop it. So if u cant handle it don't read. If u didn't notice Draco didn't want to rape Hermione but did it to save her considering if he didn't she would have been gang raped and worse killed violently by the other death eaters present if he didn't even try and buy her later. He also didn't touch her unless he absolutely had to. So he did love her because he did what was nessesory to save her, keep her safe and far away from harm as possible even if it meant doing something he absolutely abhorred. But all u see is " oh no she didn't explicitly consent to sex so he's nothing but a complete monster rapist"!

You have no idea what it is like to do something you abhor to save someone just shut up.

This is real life. Not every situation is black and white. You never been to these type of parties in your life seen the underbelly of sex trafficking and sex slavery. Draco was brave and did what he could to the best of his power to save Hermione sees that which is why she forgives him.

This is disgusting. Malfoy thinks he loves her yet he can't stop raping her? (Yes, that's what it is, as ugly as this is) This is Stockholm syndrome. I can imagine after Hermione gets to safety and finds the Order, her head will clear and she will see that Malfoy is just another despicable, twisted and cruel Death Eater who has harmed her in unimaginable ways but is delusional that he thinks he loves her. When the war is over and the Order triumphs, Hermione will (if Malfoy is alive) definitely get her revenge. Maybe lock him up in a cell for years, subject him to the use of Cruciatus Curse every day, and I don't know, find a cucumber and shove it up his ass as punishment for what he did to Hermione?

Another great story akashkitty! I think I've reread this at least 3 times. You have a way with words and I love your characterisation of Hermione and Draco
