I wonder, why doesn't the Doctor use his "brain mojo" to touch his companions telepathically more often, like he did to Donna in the Ood episode? Could it be that the Doctor has too much in his brain that he wants to keep hidden...? |

Today I've been immersed in Being a Doctor, Keeping Appointments and now this wonderful piece. Your plots are engaging and you write both characters incredibly well. You portray Martha as the brilliant, compassionate woman we know her to be without turning her into a doormat or a emotional puddle just because she loves him. And you show a real feel for expressing the Doctor's emotional turmoil when it comes to relationships and ability to love more than one person singularly and for all time (ahem). Of course, the fact that your thoughts on those points run closely to my own might not make me the most impartial of judges! ;o) I'm enjoying your stories so much. Thank you for sharing them with us. |

| the-writer1988 chapter 4 . 9/7/2007 A really brilliant story, written very well. I hope you write more 10/Martha stories. Are you going to write an 'M' scene for these two? I know some writers are uncomfortable with writing that rating, but I thought I'd ask - not that I expect that anyway - but it seems like the next logical step for those two or at least some point. Are you going to write the Doctor meeting the Jones' again? That would be really interesting, especially Francine's reaction that the Doctor and Martha are in a relationship. Keep writing!
