"These guys have been dead for at least an hour at the most" That is a contradictory term. You should say "These guys have been dead for at least an hour, 2 at the most."

Oh, my, gosh. You... you... you just killed Itachi Uchiha... Don't get me wrong-I am NOT an Uchiha fangirl, I strongly dislike Sasuke and hate most Uchiha who interacted with the canon story line, but Itachi Uchiha is not only a very influential character in the series but also a good guy in disguise and it makes me slightly distraught to see him die in such a fashion.

Ok, I couldn't even get past the second section. Sarutobi would NOT make those orders on missions taken, it's retarded and would NOT make the Leaf look strong, it'd make for a ton of failed missions, MORE dead ninja and making it obvious the Leaf is weak.

Genin teams taking A ranks? Genin taking C ranks SOLO? Utter bullshit and it makes me firmly believe the rest of your fic will be crap.
