Nicely done. I love this pairing and you write quite well. The only suggestion I have for you is to be careful of flow in your sentences and in the plot. Jack suddenly appearing after four years seems a bit random to me (though I /love/ their reunion scene). And some of your sentences get a tad choppy, though that's something that generally smooths out with practice. Still, overall, well done!
