This was a beautifully poetic fic. It looks at things from a different angle, and I adore it because of that.

This darker Zack is also a great portrayal of the character, and one that is much appreciated.

Somehow, when I read this, I get an image of a huge raging storm, pitch black clouds marked with flashes of lightnings, until at the end, one ray sof sun breaks through to fall on an observer's face. It's a credit to your writing that you can actualy make me 'see' the mood in a physical way.

Sorry, I just get amazed when I come back to your profile now and again and try a new story, and it makes me fall in love with your writing all over again.

Something about your undeniable talent simply amazes me. You really know how to tug on heart strings without moercy, and by the end of the ride, I'm just about breathless. You have such a beautiful way of writing, your descriptive words just weave a picture that would otherwise be somewhat difficult.

Zack is someone who I usually see as such a strong character, and yet, the way you've written him left me entirely susceptible to believing that this Zack, your Zack, is the real one.

I liked this, it's very nice and the story feels like this was all it needed to be a good read. Until now I've only read stories of Zack trying to get Cloud to open up, so this is a good, new point of view that I was glad to experience. You've done well, thank you for writing this.

This is the most awesome fic I've read in a long time for quite a few reasons~

One: Role-reversal in a way. It's not a "SOLDIER First Class Zack happens upon a lonely angst-ridden cadet and helps him adjust to life with ShinRa, and love blossoms" fic. I'm sick of those.

Two: Zack isn't a ditz. He doesn't fill silence with BABBLE, he appreciates the silence. I love darker troubled Zack x3

Three: Cloud isn't a ditz. He's not a helpless loser who gets beat up all the time. (At least you don't explicitly portray him as such xD )

Four: That wasn't a lemon born of fangirliness. (At least you made literate enough that it didn't seem like it x3 )

Five: You win at this writing thing. Leiksrslyomg. And you have a PERFECT way to describe EVERYTHING/ANYTHING.

wow, that was really beautiful, the way you described zack, how he's not what he looks like was just amazing. A really beautiful fic that a lot of people dont seem to acknowledge. I liked the way how their eyes connect at the start and the end of the fic, it really winds it up perfectly ;P Beautiful.

Oh this was... This was AMAZING! You sucked me right into the emotions of the story and the idea was wonderfully original. You made this so beautiful, believable and emotional, and I loved the way you made me FEEL the pain and longing in Zack, and Clouds loving determination to bring him back. SO nicely done, sweet and very well thought through. The smex was both hot and sweet and brilliantly not overdone, which helped keeping the story so touching all the way through to the end. Brilliant work! I'm in awe!

Uh hmm. Lol. It was good. You're great at writing, that's for sure. Ahahah. But I have to say that for some reason, the words you used might have dimmed down the... Ugh. I'm not very good at explaining things. I dunno. The story just seemed kind of dim. Unless you intended for it to be like that. I just thought I would give some positive feedback. Though...mine aren't that great either, but yeah. X)
