Good story really makes me feel something for the Winchester family and it feels real to me because I have a little brother too.

I don't know that much about medical stuff, so good job for using a believable plot twist. I sometimes have a hard time making things seem like it could really happen when I write scenes like that. Congratulations!

Great start although I've always found stories like these to be a bit unrealistic in the sense that Dean is notoriously overprotective of Sam. He is the poster boy for big brother syndrome. I mean no offense and I hope you don't take it that way, it is a great story I am just trying to stat my opinion on the matter. You did a great job in capturing the aspects of John and Sam's personalities and you obviously have a talent for writing.
