While the ending certainly broke my heart, I admire you for making it more realistic and not having Lucius and Hermine fall into each other’s arms when it was 20 years for him. I wouldn’t have been able to resist and put them back together in your place.
That’s said, I don’t see Dramione going anywhere good from here, not in a romantic way. Hermione wouldn’t be able to help it but compare father and son (and who would). Draco, knowing of Hermione and Lucius’ relationship, most likely would have moments feeling like a replacement. If their relationship last, it means Hermione would often be around Lucius, seeing the life he had without her. And I don’t imagine Draco would be too comfortable with Hermione and his father being in any close proximity either.
So no, Dramione certainly rubs me the wrong way here and feels like a rebound or an unhealthy coping mechanism.

gonna be weird be the daughter-in-law of your last love (i mean Hermione and Lucius). but is the BEST end for the story, i love Dramione more.

I love this whole thing but I think they should have kept writing! That hardly Draco and Hermione. More Lucius and Hermione. I like that but please keep going
