Poor, poor Emma. At least she is paid well. She also cares for the children, even if they have questionable habits. Jade writes fanfiction. How is it? She's still about ten. More plot and character development. Poor Emma. She just said wanted a nice job, some money. Her life will never be "normal" again. I would think that people as cautious as the Good Doctor and his Lady would always keep communications open and available, in case of an emergency, not matter the implied discourtesy. Apparently not.

Plot. How delightful. Judging by the song Lecter was singing, it's at least 2001.

This is a puzzler. Now, the movie was released in 1991. Since, Bush is President, the year could be anywhere from 2001 to 2009. Since the previous year had them singing a single from Soears released in 2000, it could well be 2001. Since the Backstreet Boys are still popular, it probably isn't the later half of Bush's terms. Also, Jade had received Goblet of Fire. It was released in the summer of 2000, and Order of the Phoenix came along in 2003. The practice would probably be to buy the newest book, so the time is before 2004, a year after the Order's release. It has to be at least 2001, a year after that Spars song, but at latest 2004 a year after the release or the Order of the Phoenix. I'm estimating either 2001 or 2002. I'm going to assume you just moved the movie release date forward about a decade. Actually, the events of Hannibal start in 1990. Clarice didn't dissappear until later, but still within 1990, I believe. A year ago, promotional posters said Starling disappeared nine years ago, making it ten years since her might make the year 2000, unless she actually didn't go missing until 1991.

Ah. So this does have a plot. I was beginning to wonder if it would just be snippets of various high jinks. Evidently not. Now, then. You've made us like Emma. I hope she won't be offed upon inevitably discovering the truth.

How often is someone killed? If it happens frequently enough, they need to more around often. I'm trying to piece together the year. Based on the timeline and the culture, I'd say early 2000s. That Britney Spears song didn't come out until '00.

There is so much crack in this. Is there any relation between this and "Blair Cannibal"? If so, it certainly explains the Brittany Spears hatred. Again, very concerning. Also, the picture of Lecter licking the steering wheel was more humorous than creepy.

These children are...different. So, we have a pyro and a possible budding cannibal. Yuchi likes to bite, at least. That appetite may or may not make its way towards humans. The pyro also has some other questionable tendencies. So far, Gabriel doesn't seem too odd. That probably means there is something incredibly, less obviously wrong with him.

I absolutely loved this story! It was tons of fun and laughs throughout, and the last chapter totally took the cake :)
