Alright, so I thought that i'd start with your first CM story, because I've read them all and I reaaaalllyyy enjoyed them... a lot. Idk, I just really wanted to review! I felt it was only fair since I reread these stories a lot and... ok. Gonna stop rambling and review.

I love the ep you based this story off. Reid is one of my favorite characters because of his depth and fragility. I've always thought Reid was the one who needs the most guidance and reassurance, and you pretty much captured that in this story. I love how fatherly Gideon is with Reid, how willing he is to step up and give him what he needs... (I'll always love Gideon more than Rossi... just sayin). As usual, the emotion in your writing and the way capture the characters is spot on... great job! Thanks for writing :D

Nice story! I think the changes you mentioned worked just fine, and I like how here even this is a 'team' effort, with Morgan reporting a problem, Hotch generalizing it, and then Gideon actually going to deal with it. And I like how it ends on a 'we'll work through this and it'll work out' note.

Aw, poor Reid! The episode where he gets kidnapped is so heartbreaking. I just watched "Jones" and I thought the conversation between Gideon and Reid in the club needed something more, and this story did just that. Thanks for writing this!

its a good story, though im not sure if the ending is realistic, it is however quite funny! in a disturbing way, its like the extremes of the characters, with Gideon taking the whole Reid is my son a bit too far, i don't approve of spanking in real life but i think it did ass something here. however, i don't think Reid would have reacted like that, i think he would have drawn into himself a bit more, but for comedy purposes it worked, nice warning at the beginning its nice to see that on a fanfic, some fanfics don't really warn you, not that i mind, i think im now immune to most things by now, too much fanfic will prevent anyone from being shocked by anything!

Really enjoyed this story, I've been wanting to read a Reid & Gideon father/son type thing for a while and couldn't find many around.

The discipline was handled really well and was probably just the kind of firm caring that Reid needed to set him on track again.

Hope to see more of your fics in the future, in fandoms I know, cos this was a really enjoyable story.

I didn't know what to expect from this story, but I liked it. It was kind of sad, kind of sweet.

I can well imagine that the trauma of being kidnapped would have a lasting impact! Poor Spencer! Fortunately, he has people around him who understand that and care enough about him to step in and help him cope with the post-traumatic-stress from his ordeal. While he may not have much liked being spanked, at least he knows without a doubt he isn't going to have to deal with all this alone.
