This was bittersweet. I felt bad for Minato. Poor guy forced into having a child with the fox in order to protect the village only to grow attached to the fox, and have said fox never return. You have the child only to have the fox finally come back just to take him away to who knows where and possibly never see the poor kid again.

Poor guy didn't have a good time.

I do like that he had people to help him during that time. I like the mention of Kakashi and Rin, and I like that Jiraiya was there for him.

I also like that there is some regret there at the end from the fox at how Minato died.
