I just loved this. Its always such fun for me to read all these Sandsibling stories. I especially like the ones that include Rasa. If only because I love angst XD

I like this. You portray the Yondaime Kazekage as a jerk, but human as well. He comes across as a tough guy who likes to make himself seem tougher than he really is.

And his part at the end about having no hopes for Gaara... That's good. Gaara is the sort to suck up hope without spitting it back out.

Brilliant - you've captured it all really well. I especially like the way you described his kids - kind of sad since we know what great shinobi they eventually become.

I thought that this was very sad. This view of the Kazekage is rather simplistic, but then, so are many men. Poor Temari, Kankuro, and Gaara.

This is AMAZING! I loved it! Sad at the end, though. Poor Gaara didn't even get a chance.

Very original, and beautifully written. sad, and also gleefull, because we know they all turn so much better than he was worth them. Great work!

I really enjoyed this - I don't think I've ever seen Yondaime Kazekage 'fic, so it was a nice change of POV. I especially liked that fact that he died thinking of his "worthless", hated children - possibly the only ties to humanity he had left. Nice irony, considering who he is.

I'm speechless. This is truly a masterpiece, it really makes you hate Yondaime Kazekage even more and it wouldn't be out of context for this story to be along the lines of what he may have actually felt about his children. Instant fave.

That is definitely one of the more interesting stories I've read in a while. Unusual, but poignant, choice of subject matter. The series really seems to just gloss over the Kazekage's relationship with his children, and this is a very well done take on it.
