   TheLivingMyth chapter 1 . 6/15 Yo, that was pretty damn good. I'm in love with multiple pairings in the Avatar but this story got me feeling the sizzles in my gut. It was nice and heartwarming, and I enjoyed how you portrayed the difference Aang felt for both Katara and Toph. I love reading many fanfictions of pairings in ATLA to see why people like these two together so much. And honestly, it does leave me either feeling more happy or empty inside. Like there has to be a story in response to all of these ships. Something dark, and tragic. But for now this'll do. |

I have always liked the two of them together, but I primarily see them in the background of other fics. I just wanted to say that I think this story captured Aang and Toph beautifully! She never got someone worthy. She never got to have a husband, instead she got some stupid jerk who just wanted what she could give him and didn’t care about her |
