Hagrid being Hagrid, I wonder if there's a possibility he might end up winning Draco over in spite of himself. At least a little.

Wha... ? Hagrid is rich? Who'd've thunk it? (pity he couldn't use it to buy his way out of Azkaban, in Harry's 2nd year, but I guess you can't have everything.)

I love Draco doing an about-face and starting to suck up to Hagrid. I did wonder if even Hagrid is really trusting enough to accept it quite so readily, but maybe he is. Maybe he's always secretly hoped that the kid was salvageable!
