Its hard to predict what this would actually lead to. A different world would unfold for sure but I wonder if it would actually delay scientific progress for any noticeable time. Perhaps only a generation or two. Arguably HP chooses a lesser evil solution compared to eradicating 90% of the human population. (Imperio at a nuclear silo, then M.A.D would take care of the rest)

Ten years after publishing and I still hope to see a sequel ;) This was great, it showed the true evil of the approach 'for the greater good' and... it showed that it may sometimes be neccessary. It was nice that you at least gave an outline of his next plans. Killing muggle geniuses is brilliant - lack of Tesla alone would push us back for decades (alternating current was a game changer). However, symptoms of being a control freak - plan to change Gellert, creation of terrorist organisation with Harry as leader, may backfire.

An absolutely amazing story. Watching Harry's descent into insanity or perhaps the results or his insanity as a result of the tragedy suffered by his family. Either way, an amazing portrayal, and having Dumbledore's "Greater Good" come back to haunt him is sweet irony. Wow!

What a horribly irony of Dumbledore's 'greater good' coming back to bite him. Like he allowed the innocent child to be abused and bullied, now Harry adopted the same philosophy and destroyed his family to turn Dumbledore against muggles.
I happen to wonder what is going to happen in the Brave New World carefully prepared by Harry. Is he doing to hunt down the muggle scientists to make sure muggles don't advance fast enough to stop Grindewald and Dumbledore? Or organize the Titanic-cailber tragedies to make people distrust the new technologies? Will Albus and Gellert ever find that they were manipulated?
