This was really nice, and I have to admit that I like this much better than the original epilogue. It gives a better indication of what life is like after the final battle, and bonus of a living Remus! (I honestly don't know how JK lives with herself after killing all the best characters, some of whom did not need to die) Oh well, too late now I suppose.

Interesting little story - I liked how you used a letter to communicate what was happening - it made it more interesting.

I wonder, however, why you brought Remus back to life. It was a bit interesting that you chose him to be the Headmaster, but he was just mentioned in passing. I couldn't make sense to myself for the reason to do this.
