This is a great one-shot. I think it fits in between the books nicely. And I just love the mental image of Sirius calmly eating an apple while surrounded by people who believe him to be a traitor. I don't know.. it just makes me giggle. He's my favorite character. :) That's why I cried my eyes out at the end of book 5 heh...

Anyways! Great story. It's going on my favorites list. :)

I quite liked this. A very believable missing scene with everyone in character. You had quite a lot of characters, but it wasn't too overwhelming and none of them seemed useless or just there for the sake of being there.

There was one inconsistancy with the books however:

"Arthur was stunned at this bit of information, especially the part about his son knowing the whereabouts of a long hunted criminal and not telling him and Molly."

Molly actually found out about Sirius' identity and innocence in the hospital wing at Hogwarts when Dumbledore asked Snape and Sirius to shake hands - which took place before he got the Order together.

Apart from that, I rather enjoyed it!
