I really hope you haven't given up on thos story yet, it's so interesting and I can't wait to see what happens!

While it seems like this story has been long abandoned, I still hope it will continue! I really love the way you describe the twins feelings, it really lets the reader step in their shoes.
I'm hoping this will one day continue, but even if it isn't, thank you for writing this :)

I have reread this story dozens of times, it is so good. Your writing is amazing. Every character has such a distinct personality and it is so interesting to read about the inner working of their minds. While I definitely have my favorite characters in this story I can sympathize with each character to some degree as you explore their reasoning and feelings. I cannot wait to read more of this and I hope that you can update it soon!

Oh wow. This is the best family fic I've ever read in any fandom, and I've read a lot.
I especially enjoyed your 'foreshadowing demise', but I find this even better. So many little misunderstandings accumulating, yet each one of them is so utterly relatable, each point of view of every one of the characters is easily understood and sympathized. The fleshing out of characters is astoundingly well-done in this fic, and I adore reading every single interaction they have because of it. I am actually able to draw many parallels of my own family life with a pair of fictional elves in a fantasy kingdom. That alone is an incredible feat from you.
Oh, and Elladan's responses never fails to make me laugh- particularly the one about the 'Alertness lessons'. Hahaha
It's been a very long time since you've written, but I do hope I may be able to encourage you to pick up this story again.

Really adoring this fic. I love your twins and the understanding that is slowly happening to each of them separately and overall. I really feel for both little Elflings in this. I also feel for his parents, you've managed to make their short-term neglect understandable, but also with Elladan a long-term issue. A very well formed and written idea.

A special mention for the Thranduil/Legolas interaction. I do love any fic where their relationship is easy and yet thoughtfully demonstrated.
