well, just having found this story, I can just say I am an absolute mess here, tears of joy almost to the point of deluge...so simply sweet...and a new baby on the way...if you've ever been seriously in love, you can totally relate to Gil's parting comments...sensitive, somehow totally believable storyline as his mother continues to smile down at home from above...just a wonderfully enjoyable story...A

THIS story makes me want to hug and kiss my screen! I have the warm fuzzies and not because it's 70 and sunny outside today. Don't know how I'm just now finding this- but ever glad I have. It has to be one of my favorite fics read thus far- and I've read a lot of fics. I can only dream of writing such an AU story that's so in-character. Beautifully laid out and eloquently simple. If you don't know yet- I LOVE IT! Please write more GSR. PLEASE!
