I love it. Really good writing!

I'm really getting into it at this point, but I was not expecting this development. Now I have a few qualms. First are Raven's emotions stable? Are they still split? The animosity between Jinx and Raven from the Villian day, where did it go? Is Jinx safe from her warrants? How long has it been? Also, the part about Jinx team leaving. That could use some more explanation. And it make the boys seem shallow otherwise.

That shop that Jinx when too about the candle. Who is that lady? And if Jink knows someone like that, why isn't her ability better?

Now, Raven. I'll have to say she is definitely been OOC. Where's her dry humor? And she sold her books, freaking wow. A lot of those books contained very important information. And a very upset and very trapped dragon. That could bite people in the back side later. I'm hoping not.

For the transfiguration spell, it was neat how you showed up the inside of the book. I don't see it like that often.

Raven is an empath. It's an innate ability. I feel she would be able to get little blips here and there how Jinx felt.

Speaking of evil dragons, I would not think that Raven would trust the cat just like that. I think Jinx would care more to change him then Raven would. But I think she would do cuz she realises how much she likes Jinx and it would be dangerous for her to do it by herself. Raven would supply the power Jinx the spellcraft and incantation. Raven would have to warm up to the catman. More analysis of how the magic works would be cool.

Man, do I like this story. I wouldn't bother with a big comment like this if I didn't want to see it grow. This has endless potential and I'm still happy for the rest of these chapters. Excited to see more.

I will say this chapter felt more verbose. There were places that needed more, and places that need a lot less. Definitely a capable writer, but the style need refinement.

This was good. You could use someone to proof your spelling and fix the occasional doubled word (or missing one), but on the whole a very enjoyable read.

Hell of a curse. That Marie chick was a couple of lug nuts short of an alignment. I'm just glad Dante is a free man ... again.

I liked Raven's explanation of why he couldn't just turn back. That makes an odd amount of sense. And he's still calling her Mistress.
