This was fucking terrible.

-Tsunade has the ultimate say in decisions raised during council meetings. Including legal actions regarding Shinobis. She has to put her signature on the form stating who is exiled or executed. The fact that you bypassed that fact is ridiculous.

-The Cursed Mark influencing Sasuke to defect from the village and attempt to kill Naruto, then is not not punished or held responsible of his actions, is utter bullshit. In real life, if you drive under the influence and/or hit someone, you are held responsible for your actions and are punished accordingly. The fact that Tsunade didn't punish Sasuke for essentially being a traitor for power is fucking nonsense.

-Sakura isn't punished for assaulting Naruto, a fellow Leaf-Nin. Thats also fucking bullshit.

-Why didn't Tsunade tell the Council of Naruto's heritage. That could've solved a bunch of fucking problems. Honestly, whats the point of a fucking Hokage is a group of fucking civilians can dictate what happens in a Shinobi (military) village. She she can ignore military and legal protocols regarding two traitors, but can't ignore protocols regarding civilian demands. I'd like to see the day where a fry chef can order a sergeant what to do.
