Yay, I love it! This is what I have been looking for! I'm not a military person I am a marching band person but we trained similar to the ROTC, just with more love and less yelling. But one thing I have always loved was when someone calls you to attention and everyone snaps to attention and shouts in sync. I love the intimidating effect of a large group of people respond to sharp commands with well trained movements. I love the show of power and evidence of strict training. I wish that all fma fics had at least one scene of the troops wowing people with their efficiency, like a well oiled machine. This has been great.

Soooo... Seven years, no update... I suppose it's discontinued but I'll add it to my follow list, since I think these 4 chapters had a great potential of becoming a really good fanfiction. The characterization is well written, it's not often that we see Ed with a mature personality (well, let's say he's on the way to maturity). I like that the entire team is part of the mission, usually it's Ed alone / with Al / with Roy, but it's refreshing to see them interact as a group and not just as a duo sent on a mission far far away from home. The idea to use the military to spy on Albus is also original, at least I don't think I've read another story with that beginning /plot. So, yeah, it's a shame this fic is abandoned...

I just got to the end of chapter 4 and hit the story follow button, then I saw the last update date...awwww man! This is a great story; I know RL has a way of killing the writing bug but I am seriously bummed that this hasn't been updated in years.

I thought your characterization was spot on, even Umbridge's temper tantrum with Fudge came across well. I know you were concerned she was a bit OOC for backtalking Fudge but I think that having a group of foreign muggles invading her turf is exactly what would put her in a bad enough mood to let the simpering brownnosing facade slip.

I for one will do a wacky arm failing dance of joy if you ever decide to update this story because there is just not enough of Edward coming from a position of power messing with Umbridge in this fandom, IMHO.

I was wondering if this has been disscontinued, as i like the story.

Awww... I have been looking for this fanfic for a while, because I read it a while back and really liked it, BUT YOU HAVENT UPDATED YET! I really hope you will continue this fic because personally I really like the plot and the writing style in this story!
