THAT IS NOT SOMETHING YOU GET PAST WITH A KISS AND A STUPID MOVIE. Come on. This started out as an interesting relationship between two people having an argument like adults and by the second chapter, has turned into a weird, abusive and demeaning...thing. You are a good writer, but you are demeaning yourself writing this sort of thing. Handle the topic of Elliot Stabler's violent tendency (which is canon) with maturity and realism or don't handle it at all. Because the characters you're borrowing and your readers deserve better than that. |

That is utter and total b.s. and I really hope this interesting story with realistic characterization doesn't turn into a "sorry 'bout hitting you, now let's hug it out" kind of story. No. Hitting. It's that simple. Please don't let this turn into a "oops, that was a weird accident, so let's all be friends again" kind of thing. That would be WRONG. the only suggestion I would make, a tiny one, is that Olivia is a little out of character. If somebody hits her, she hits right back- she doesn't stand there and take it. But that's just me. ) |
