| anon chapter 3 . 2/1/2009 Great story but i don't agree with the naming. The Sandaime gave Naruto the name Uzumaki to protect him from his father's enemies because his father was no longer alive to protect him and none besides a few knew who his father was. Unless the Yondaime is going to disassociate himself from naruto completely it makes no sense hiding his name behind a false one. Its also a great dishonor in not just Japanese culture but many for your father to be alive and kicking and not allow you to bear his name. If he does abandon his son, for any foolish reason like protecting him from his enemies, he'll be dishonoring not only his son but his dead wife, given his character it isn't very believable that he'd do such a thing. |
