nicely done, the only thing you left out was that Sarutobi(The Hokage one, not his son or grandson) was probably watching him at some point and had to be getting fish-like impersonations after seeing some of his training. The only thing that you were missing from his training is to be silent and stealthy, something he could have done to avoid the creaking his steps would have made and it would teach him how to control himself even more effectively and he could have asked Gai(who we all know gave Naruto a set of his weights) if he happened to know of a fighting style that was more offense and countering than defending(since he is a Taijutsu Master he would know several, but since Naruto doesn't know that yet without asking he could simply see if the man knew any taijutsu because of his weights) that would be more suitable for Naruto cause right now his major problems are kenjutsu wielders, Taijutsu masters, and people like the Uchiha's who are more suited to the countering and deflecting than straight up fighting. The Fox is going to be interesting when Naruto meets him(or her if you want, your choice after all) finally, might even cooperate with him somewhat maybe even an idea or two on how to increase his strength through a thinly veiled rude comment.
any, keep up the good work, it is a great story so far and has given me some inspiration on some of my idea's that have been stagnating after they petered out. I always find discussing something out loud normally lets me find some kinks that saying it in my mind didn't catch. also, if you do pairs, could you please do a NaruHina as that is the best for both of them; Hinata would get a boost in her confidence and Naruto could talk to someone who is not himself but who would be kind to him no matter what and has a crush. I don't like NaruSaku's since it is a fairly abusive relationship what with Sakura slapping Naruto all around the place for little to no reason.

nice start, this could turn out to be a great fic if you would let it, after all you just gave Naruto 6 years to experiment on his own with everything he knows while using the Kage Bunshin technique. A good use of it is to bonce ideas off your clone 'cause even if it sound good in your head saying it out loud and mulling over the answer would tend to make a good standing point. 'sides the fact that if he(the clone) henge'd into someone else he could enter into the library to learn more jutsus(and chakra control exercises to help himself with finicky jutsus that require a certain degree of control that Naruto normally doesn't have. some standard jutsus should be located in the library, nothing like the Kage Bunshin or the Chidori but simple easy to use E-and D-ranked jutsus like the Henge'd and Substitution jutsus.) that he could then modify to his desired forms.

Please update soon! It's really good! Is there going to b a romantic airing in this story? If so, please, any1 but sasuke or Sakura. I beg u. Other than that, when is he going to learn other ninjutsus and genjutsus?

Dont u want to lengthen ur story more? Well, it was a good one. But i doubt that Naruto can train himself without any supervisions or instructions. So, dont be upset with ur work and keep the story updated. Goodluck.

Kami I love this. Best of all, are his interactions with himself. Please don't lose that. Naruto interacting with Naruto has become my favorite part of his training. It is fun to read.

so, only thing thats in the forefront of my mind having to deal with naruto's training is..will he benefit from drinking the iron shavings like in the legend?

Nice... I love this not a big fan of the Naruto anime more due to not having it that often than not liking it. I haven't read the naruto manga either though. I wonder what hinata will think of this naruto. Better yet what will happen if he gets into his rivalry fights with sasuke, I want to see what iruka and the hokage think. Update this soon so i can get away from reading HP fanfics.
