2. Short chapters are only bad if all of your chapters are short.

There is no three, but your doing a good job balancing out this story action/adventure/romance/character development and so forth. Just don't rush a 50 word chapter because you feel you have to. Quality counts much more than quantity. However, if it's all the same to you, both would be nice. Make Hinata awesome.

I liked your story, not everyone can fathom a NaruxTen pairing, seeing as how they're not even really friends, just allies and comrades. Still I was curious to see who could turn out a decent, semi-sexual story about the 2 and yours was the best, kudos, keep writing I'm still waiting on the next chapter.
