I just read your carnival story and now this I can really see an improvement in your writing between the two stories. Ive enjoyed your story so far but now I am a tad disappointed that there isnt more. Will they find each other, is the eldest daughter alive and what did the doctor say?!

That was a totally awesome dream sequence! It felt surreal, switched scenes perfectly and had all the hidden meaning any good dream sequence should have. Thanks for a very interesting chapter.

I read the two parts of the Carnival Girl over at Survival Instinct. It is a bit farther evolved there :) You haven't updated in a little while ... I hope this is not because you have given up on this.

I'd really be disappointed :) I like it, and I'm very curious how you saw it continuing..

I've been reading fics for a while now, and it's so nice to finally read one that's written in correct English.. (grammar and spelling mistakes that can be easily remedied by rereading, using a spellchecker, or having your story beta'ed if you're not a native speaker of English, can really drive me up the wall :p I'm not a native speaker, for the record :) but still... I value correct use of a beautiful language very highly)

Also, your writing style is terrific, I like it very much. I have to look very hard to find fics I like, so I'm very glad to have found yours.

I do hope you'll be updating soon. I know I will be looking forward to that.

man i have been looking for this story everywhere... i read it once and forgot to save it.. it wa stuck in my head for so long..now i found it... u must update this

So Laura now has three daughters (reasonable), a grandson (a little harder to accept)...and a niece named Kara Thrace?

Now I'm hooked. The fact this isn't a half-bad piece of writing, with canon characters remaining believable and the new ones unique and distinctive in their own right, doesn't hurt either.

Peter Thace, whatever happened to him? (IMHO, I always thought Kara and Socrata never shared Kara's father's last name - they didn't seem the type - but that is neither here or there).
