   agnar chapter 1 . 1/17 The one giant issue in this opening chapter, is Kelso somehow making a police captain in a mere two years. Uh, no, no, no. He'd be barely out of the academy! He wouldn't even be able to make Sergeant, let alone Captain! Maybe, in a small town police department, but Chicago? One of the biggest cities in the US? Captains over-see entire police districts, dozens of officers, and Kelso made that level after a couple years? Did he have sex with a female Mayor of Chicago? |

I reread it several times, it's perfect and beautiful and it makes me so happy: Jackie was an open book when it came to her feelings, whether or not she tried to guard herself. As much as she tried not to be, Jackie was still the same girl on the inside, looking for her one true love that would make life wondrous and beautiful. Eric wanted very much to be that guy. The one who would for the rest of his life be graced with the love that Jackie had to offer, she had so much to give and he wanted it. And despite the seriousness of his and Donna's relationship he too had much to give in return and he could only hope that she wanted what he had to offer. |
