I really really liked this story :) sorry I’m a little late on reading and reviewing, but better late than never, right? ;)

I discovered this story way too late. But I am glad I found it. Friendship is so beautiful. This story is amazing and it should have atleast 1k reviews. I know a million people out there are searching for a good lord of the ring fanfiction and are unaware of a masterpiece hidden in all that data out there on the internet.

I just read this story on two evenings, and I must say that it is one of the best I read on this page.

It is difficult to convince me to read more than one chapter (especially when there are OCs), but you did, and you can see that itself as a compliment.

You describe those sad, negative feelings so well I could almost feel it myself!

I was laughing SO hard through the last chapter. Wonderful story.

Hi! When I was browsing EAC yesterday, I noticed that I haven't read this story... So I began. And was up late into night, because I simply had to finish it! (but it was too late to write some coherent review, so I'm doing it now ) As you probably already know from the late-night session with it, I liked it!

First Merzac seemed a bit cliche to me, the usual mad I-hate-elves maniac ), but I liked that you made him see him mistake at the end, although Aragorn payed for it dearly (which I liked also, by the way... ), and showed the deeper plot behind the whole story. So he wasn't such maniac after all...

The pipe was a nice detail, both sad and humorous, which felt very interesting.

I only missed one scene: Elrond finding Aragorn in the mountains. For some reason I have a weakness for such scenes - the heart-constricting moment of the first sight at a beloved son and brother on the brink of death. Hm, actually I don't need to see it written, I can imagine it :D

So once again - very nice story, and I enjoyed it greatly. Thank you, Star!

haha laughing my head of, oh i am so happy this isnt one of those stories about how Thranduil was a bad father and blady blady blah any way such a wonderful story i actually added this to favorites without reading it i read the first page but then ff stuffed up and i got so pissed off cause i liked this story u should have seen me i was so bad mannered that i almost threw something at the comp (Sighs in relief) boy am i glad i didnt lol
