Excellent story. Character interaction spot on and you did a supurb job with both Duo's and Quat's internal emotions. You were able to write them as real people battling an onslought of emotions and sittuations. Thank you for wonderful story!

Not too often I read a non-yaoi gw fic, but this was good!

I'm determined to write a long, glowing review for this, but as I sit here wondering where to start I realize that this is one of those great works where you're just left speechless at the end.
You know those rare performances that's met with silence because the audience is too stunned to clap? This is akin to it. I rest my case.

Must say, I absolutely adored this... And it is going into my favorite list right now. I could rant about why its so amazing, but I'd have to talk about every single thing and y'know how that goes. Anyways, you might want to switch this fics status to "completed" because I almost didnt' read it, thinking it was abandoned. A fic this good deserves as many reads as bloody possible!

I absolutely love this story. I think it is very well written with no notocable spelling or grammar mistakes, and I was glad to see that you indeed started spacing the paragraphs out more.

I also love the actul story plot and the detail used. This is the kind of life I had imagined Duo living and its how I imagined L2. I liked the way Duo talks with all the swearing and I liked how this was a non-yaoi story. I agree with you when you said you prefer the soldier/brother relationships between the pilots.

The only bad thing to say is that reading this story has kept me up all night! ]

Good story, the likes of which i have never read before. very original and i like it very much, you're a good writer. sorry this review is so long after the fact but this is my first time reading this story. keep up the good work.

really liked the fic. i think quatre was a very good choice to have him experience L2 even though any of the other pilots would have done also. well, maybe not trowa so much. anyway, great fic. usually i only read 1x2 or at least fics with them as main leads but this fic really captured me. great storytelling.

I loved this story. I loved how nitty-gritty it was and how there was no resolution in the end. War crimes happened, I like that you didn't gloss over that. All in all, very well done. There were the occasional grammar mistakes/typos but nothing so major that I didn't know what was happening, though sometimes Duo's written accent was difficult to follow. I got used to it after a while tho. Good job.
