Such a good story. It's been years, and I still come back from time to time. The worldbuilding is so wonderful, and Arrika so agreeable, and the mind duel so delightful—really lovely.

Am I Arrika with a new body, or am I a weapon with just enough Arrika squeezed in to be self-propelled and pleasant to interact with?

I think the answer to that question has something to do with free will.

This is an astounding story, with a fast-paced plot! I love this Link, and I can't help but correlate him to Spike Spiegel, the protagonist of the 90's anime Cowboy Bebop. They are both reckless yet it easy to put your trust in them, they make friends with so many different types of people, and are outrageously charming. Did you borrow some ideas from that? Either way, amazing work. I have to keep reading!

Weird seeing Link as an actual invincible video game cipher instead of the usually simpering ninny who gets waylaid in his goals by stuff like imaginary social strata but it's pretty refreshing

Eh Link's a spiritual titan by circumstance but this chapter shills him hard and shows a poor opinion of Ilia's integrity and resiliency. The Marin, Malon, and Medlis of the world wouldn't goddamn explode and burn to ash by proximity, wouldn't be totally ruined. The words are nice, but I don't really buy your reasoning for smothering any burgeoning romance there.

And thus, I've reached the end of Book 2. This is the greatest Zelda fic I've read so far, your writing is so detailed and I love it. I sincerely hope you update this someday. I know this hasn't been touched since 2012, but I don't want to give up hope!

This was AWESOME. Seriously, it was too badass for words. In so many LoZ fics, Link always has about the skill of an average man, plus a little extra, and gets wounded and takes rest a lot. While that probably is more realistic, and I don't have a problem with that, it was SO satisfying to read a story where he just lets everything loose. I love your story so far and I can't wait to read more!
