Excellent use of description. I agree that most of the Sasuke descriptions are overused, and Itachi is also described that way too often. I do prefer "obsidian" to "onyx" most of the time.

There was once when my friend wrote that her dog had "polished coal fur" and I wondered how exactly she could polish coal...

"Shadow and rainclouds" good one, nice change from "raven" or even "midnight". I would probably opt for "ebony", but that one's more creative.

"Alabaster"? I would most likely use "pearly" or something, but that sounds better. "Moonlight" is also qite overused, "milk" sounds too cute (Works for baby Sasuke though) maybe "snowy" would work, but it's a stretch.
