I was so happy to see this story updated. I just finished re reading all that you've written so far and it's still amazing as I remember when you first posted it. I completely understand the life thing and it's hard to keep up with writing when life gets in the way.
Still, it was nice to see a new chapter posted after so long. I am excited to see where you take the story. I'll be looking forward to a new chapter, which I hope isn't another 2-3 years -;

Cool to see this get updated. I had to re-read the whole thing since I didn't remember a damn thing but I was reminded of why I loved this story to begin with. I assume that's Risho at the end of the chapter, I guess he's looking for some revenge. Doubt that's going to work out for him against our new beefed up Kuwabara. Anyway hopefully you press on with the story.

Kuwabara definitely had a growth spurt, and not only in power, as it seems he has matured quite a bit. And I love that it's noticeable to not only Genkai, his teachers/trainers, but to Koenma as well. Although he has developed on various levels, I have to admit that I'm glad you maintained that quirky personality that made him a favorite of mine in the series.

OMG! I could so visual that those 'Twister' moves (LOL). And yet, I enjoyed the feigned intimidation used on the demoness; our boy has also learned some finesse.

Enters Shiruba, I guess he's the main bad guy. The plot is very interesting, and so much can be done with it. I like the angle of using the tournament to camouflage his activities. Now, my mind's all a jumble wondering how he's planning to pull that off.

Hmm... 'earth-charmer' - that rings a bell for some reason, but it's been so long since I've re-watched the series. I'm too addle-brained to figure it out, so guess what? Time to research.

Thanks, Shisoukengo-sama for another long-awaited chapter, showcasing Kuwabara's talents. The only complaint (IMO), it was too short. The next chapter should present sooner not later and should be lengthy, as well as contain one of your awesome fight scenes.

What a pleasant surprise! I thought I would never see this story again. You continue to showcase Kuwabara's growth. Both in power and maturity. He showed this at the end of the manga after everyone got back from the Makai. It is nice to have a clear picture of how he may have gotten there. Great job. But please don't make me wait so log for the next chapter.

Holy shit I'm glad to see you back. This chapter already got me pulled in. You did not lose any of your abilities to be descriptive. To the fearfulness of the new character to kuwabara being him self. One of the only things I dont like about this is the baka, I feel like idiot or moron could work just fine in its place. Plus wasn't kuwabara A ranked already? Did he lose strength during the year? I thought he was training already with the kenpo teacher? Good chapter.

I had thought this fanfic to be abandoned but I'm glad that it is not. This is a Kuwabara story that should have been, so far this has been amazing. I would love for to shatter the limits that a human with spirit normally can't do. There seems to be a limit on how strong humans can become. If he can shatter that limit of human limitations like Son Goku ( not the best reference since Goku is an alien) always moving pass his limitations then Kuwabara in my opinion would be legendary.

I thought this was abandoned or is it abandoned. could give our boy a transformation like ichigo's final zangestu or for updating if this isn't abandoned .

I read this story last night, and I think it is great! Kazuma definitely deserves to have his character fleshed out and have his time in the sun. I don't think the manga and especially the anime never did him any justice. The only thing I could say that might improve this story is to use the line breaks when you're switching scenes, it gets hard to follow when you don't. And I can't wait for the next update!

Genkai has always been a favorite; I love that sassy ole girl, whose really a big softie underneath... way, way under the radar (LOL).

Although I understand Kuwabara's logic in wanting Genkai to train Bui, I just think it happened a bit too soon. However, you made a sound argument and I have less reservations than at the end of chapter 9.

In regard to the 3 months later and the fight scene in the city, all I can say is... WOW! Once again, you have proven why you are the Master of dialogue and description. From the umbrella scene, the rainfall and skyscrapers, right down to the youkai and the fight, everything was spot on. The highlight for me was Mitarai and the illusion projected to protect the humans from Kuwabara's fight. Sheer genius - who the hell sits around and thinks up this kinda stuff? (besides money makers like George Lucas or Dean Koontz; I honestly think you missed your calling).

I like the idea of Kuwabara in the role of leader and don't think I missed that the entire strategy of catching the demons was his idea. Our boy has really grown.

Bellisimo... and there damn well better be an encore.

Ohayou, Shisoukengo-sama, Okaerinasai! Welcome back to the land of fanfiction and you entered with a bang. Not one chapter, but two (oh... I'm so not liking you right now).

First, let me say that no one does action/fight scenes the way you do. Although there was not as much as I would've liked, it was still as descriptive as ever, up to the smallest detail.

I appreciate the opening, as now I don't have to go back to refresh my memory of the previous chapters and the events taking place now. Kuwabara's training regimen, if you recall, was one of my major concerns. I did not want it to be similar to Yusuke's, as I felt it would be too cliche. You did not disappoint; Kuwabara's regimen appears unique to his abilities and, for that, I thank you.

I see you have incorporated more spoken dialogue and I thinks that's great. You know how I love more actual chit-chat than theoretical jargon.

Other than a few run-on sentences and switching past and present tenses, and of course stopping the information at the third of seven sword techniques (meanie), this was an overall great chapter, making me look forward to the next.
