Nice, fun how Simon is so different from John, and how she's scared of that. But still she wouldn't want to change it. I liked the moment where John passes her in the corridor. A lot is said there.

I liked it. Very much. My favourite part, other than her thoughts that are written very well, was ..."She passed John in the corridor, on their way to separate meetings. They weren’t given a chance to stop and talk, but he gave her an eloquent look of shared misery and commiseration, his eyes laughing a little. She smiled back, unable to help herself"... you succeeded to catch their dynamic. I loved it.
