This is wonderful, and it should have a million reviews. Perfectly in character, and exactly how I think a relationship between them might be. I loved that it wasn't overly sappy, but still clearly showed that they care about each other, while annoying the hell out of each other too. I love the bit about Wilson being annoyed about the pain because he can't help, too, I think that's very true.

AW! *sigh* this was very sweet and sad but it was also very IC...I loved it.

*cringe* So ew! Farting while doing any sort of act involving the lower halves of bodies in just wrong. Oh man, that was almost squick worthy in it's nastyness. But I cringed then laughed and sighed. Personally I don't think I could see him doing that but it fit in the context of the story so I'm good to go! I did like the Wilson less affectionate then House thing and the cooking hug. It was cute (and I use that word sparingly when I can find no other I think sums it up better) It was a great balance between gross out funny and emotionally deep. Great work!
