This was a nice little character study wrapped up in a moment of life for Rory. I like the reasoning and indecision that you wrote through the fic. How she managed to change who she was and what she had done to a positive outcome and not just blatantly place everything in a simple term. Also the ring and the way you're played it out seemed very Jess and Rory. Nice one.

I especially liked the ending, it made me laugh when I imagined Emily's horrified face staring at Rory's hand. Talk about awkward moments, right?

Although the spelling is well, you know, since you said that you did this quickly, it's still well-done. If you need a beta or someone to just bounce ideas off of, I'd be glad to help...I hope you write more of these because they are a step above the rest.
