I adore that you didn't make Iruka a damsel in distress, because he IS usually portrayed as such. And man, you gave me some great fan-service on Kakashi. That guy ROCKS. I also liked the little chat between Iruka and Kakashi, with Kakashi all softening to Iruka's voice. It got me thinking, it would be awesome to read Kakashi and Iruka's discussion about wether Iruka is a 'damsel in distress' or no. Maybe an idea for your next fic? I hope so! Anyway, well done!
