A wellwritten story so far.
I do like your interactions, and their characterizations pretty believable.
They could work as a couple, but I don't mind if they stay just friends - better then Eric having to raise Kelso's baby.
I do think they wanted a lot of similar things from a relationship later in the show, but not sure they can work that early.

Though if you were not planning to continue it anyway, it would have been better if you had Jackie be not pregnant, that way there would not be such a cliffhanger.

Wow! I didn't expect that. This is very good! I hope it gets updated sometime. I want to know why Jackie lied to Eric. What's going to happen next? Does Eric get Donna to take him back? Not that I'd mind because I'm turning into a pretty hardcore Jackie/Eric forbidden shipper.
