If this site was Facebook and this story had a 'Like' button, then I would have to click it. Also note that I don't just like it, I think I love it. This is the most awesomely subtle piece of slash I've read in a, well... ok, like ever.

Um... constructive criticism? Do I have any? Maybe try to make the thicker paragraphs a little more broken up, because it makes looking at he screen easier. Really like the scene with the house-elf. Plot-wise I think a little more communication between Lucius/Narcissa woulda been a bit better, because I think they may have had more to discuss, though that also might end up with the story being excessively long. Hm.

Also, just wondering why you decided to put it all together as one rather than breaking it up into different chapters.

I cannot fathom Arthur/Narcissa though. Poor Molly, btw. That was a horrific way to go. I am surprised Harry survived the guilt!

I love Snucius stories... for some reason it just makes perfect sense to my image of Snape for him to have fallen completely into awe/love/whatever with the Pureblood *god* Lucius would have been when Severus sorted Slytherin. I cannot count the many perfect little lines in the story that made me laugh out loud or yelled (to my perfectly empty room) "Yes, of course... that's perfect!" The line you had about how occlumency helped Severus while working for the ruthlessly bad and the ruthlessly good really struck me as an excellent way to sum up Dumbledore. I love this idea of an ending for these two men. Severus gets to participate in politics and much Slytherinesque dealings and Lucius is the perfect politicians 'wife', consort... whatever.

I LOVED THIS Story. Am now running off to see what else you've written!
