It's been many years since I last read this story. Got a bit nostalgic during the week with the FF7 remake coming out I decided to replay FF8. Got me thinking about this story I read an age ago. Did not disappoint to re-read again!

Rosie may cry a heck of a lot but dang nibbit do I love her and her friendship with everyone. Squall's attitude was noted down to a T and the battle description on poiint.

You may never get back to writting, but that's okay life happens, I'll just say I will always love this story and remember it dearly from my youth.. I ain't old but I read this when I was like 16 ahahaha

I first read this ten years ago (I think) and I'm pretty sure I left a review once or twice. Coming back now in 2019, this fic is still just as amazing as it was when I first read it. The level of realism in Rosie's character as well as the original way of using the GFs to mixing Rosie to be a consequence of her own actions in interfering with the plot, it's all so amazing. I can't even describe just how much this fic has influenced me and my writing. There are a bunch of typos, and I can see when you accidentally typed in Spanish instead, but it barely detracted my attention from the feelings and scenes you were conveying, and that's so talented.
I know you haven't updated this fic in years, but I do hold out hope you will come back one day and finish this, especially since it's almost over in terms of the plot, and because FFVIII remaster is coming out!
Until then, whether its next year or in fifty years, I'll still come back to reread from time to time to experience the magic of this fic again!

I wish to see the ending of this fic. I really love it.. too bad it's been abandoned for years now.

It's been so long! I hope you're alright. I wish you'd update, the story is so very close to ending and I'd be really sad if I didn't get to see what will happen in the end :(

Its been two years and I suppose your not going to update anymore... but I love this story and I don't EVEN play the games. The way you portrayed their hardship, the battles and the eventually romance. Everything was very realistic and not gushy or fake. I love Squalls character and your oc Rosie.

I don't usually bother reading OC fics because the majority that I've seen seem to make their OC's Mary Sue-ish. But for yours you actually planned it out well. Your OC, Rosie, seems to have learned fighting and magic at a reasonable pace, and she's not some super powered heroine, which is good because that makes her more real. Also, the way that her and Squall's relationship developed seems realistic too. It was slow and steady and it took a lot of effort to finally bring him out of his shell, and I respect your ability to write the relationship in that way because it doesn't come off as fake. Your writing style is not bad, but you may need to work on the spelling mistakes. I know english is not your first language, so maybe you should get a beta for your story who can help you with that? Either way, this is a very good story and I applaud you for being able to hold my attention with it and actually like it. Good job! I can't wait to read more! Please update again soon.
