| Isamu chapter 1 . 4/27/2007 It wasn't that bad, at first. Then it went just a little over the top. By little, I mean "wow, look at it go, it's scraping the outer atmosphere right?" To start with, shit, a 20 karat diamond? You meant 2 karat, right? I mean, a 20 karat is about half the weight of the hope diamond and would probably cost a couple hundred thousand dollars for that alone, not including the rest of the necklace... That actually blew my suspension of disbelief for this one (I know, I know my SoD is funny sometimes, so sue me). Ron having his super fancy sports car (bad ass car btw, shiny as hell) shipped across the Atlantic as well? Yowza. Again, SoD punched in the face. While neither the jewelery or super fancy car idea is bad, and a great way to impress the hell out of your date I guess, renting them is just as impressive and doesn't require a second and third mortgage... Now if you mentioned another Bueno Nacho royalty check that went into this whole thing, then sure it would be all good (might have taken just about the whole of it too). Just the fancy dinner and fancy hotel stay in Paris, sure, great present, well within the realm of SoD. Thumbs up for that bit. But all the rest is just really over board. Worst of all, after all that, not even a blow job for the Ron man? Owch Kim, cold fish much... And on top of that, what do you do for your third V-Day? Or for wedding anniversaries? He just blew the whole load on that one... This Yakuza sezs: Needs some work, but a solid idea. 3/10 |
