What an incredibly interesting story. You wrote Sirius exactly as I have always pictured him- erratic, aggressive, angry, sorrowed, haunted, sullen...but also- playful, caring, loving, intelligent and talented, and charming in a very devil-may-care-kind-of-way.
This story took an abrupt turn for me, which surprised me. As a reader, I like when I am surprised and suddenly find myself back-tracking, wondering if I missed clues and hidden meanings. I laughed out loud more than once and I also spent plenty of times muttering under my breath: "Man. Oh, man. This can't be good."
As with any reader, there are always things we wished were included (I would have loved more interaction with the Weasleys, Hermione, Harry, and Ron, although I understand why the contact was limited), but overall, I quite liked this tale. Thank you for sharing it!

Your build-up with plotline is so smoothly transiting from one part to the next. You add characters when needed, but it never feels as if there is a simple 'filler' moment. Every character's word or action has a specific reason. And the fact that none of it comes across disjointed is amazing.

I adore the Weasley twins and, while I fully expect this is a Sirius-centered fanfiction, I am pleased about Fred playing a major (or what I hope will be a major) role.

Your writing style is so smooth and each chapter transitions so well. This is something I struggle with, so I can certainly appreciate it when done well.

As odd as it sounds, I had always wondered 'what if' with Sirius Black. What if he had lived? What if he had remained at Harry's side? Would emotions have been different, deeper, if Harry had been female?
So, I decided to give this story a try...and I can honestly say I am interested by what I have read so far.
