2- the Council restricts him from being near Naruto to often...(i think you can see what fuckery that is...yeah?)
3- The Sandaime is going to have that brother executed for revealing a S rank secret when he was not the one to SAY SHIT... yeah that is justice...

Now onto what would happen in reality... If a Council decides to interfere with family matters then they break a law and ALL clans will leave. If he is really the big brother then the council has no right to do shit because he is family by blood and they should know that they are both Namikaze and Uzumaki, the council would not be able to order them to do shit because Kaje would be able to pull clan rules on them sooooo there goes your story bro.

The Sandaime thing just isn't even a coherent plot thought. He KNOWS he can't punish him for SHIT why even bother with that? Again that is under their clan rules once more.

Cliche, cheesy, title not living up to expectations.. , story going at a pace too fast, some grammar mistakes, sloppy ideas made up in a minute ( by that it's just ideas that come from nowhere but a last thought idea of a writer trying to go faster with his writing without thinking at all ) , and finally you have the typical writer attitude of fanfiction writers. Your not a fangirl, yaoi fan, far too dark themed story fan.. But your basically just a writer who writes at a pace that they probably won't understand where their story is gonna go at all.. So I have to give a 2/10 one of my lowest ratings here.. Well lowest rating I've ever given considering I'm looking at both the positives and negatives on this story. This is kinda asking for readers to either see if it's good in the next chapter rather than the first or just nagging readers to leave to find a story without these problems which they always pop up in every story that just looks good.. So that was my review I'm somewhat dissapointed in not finding a good story but... I have a few more pages to look through here..
