All I can say is "Wow." This story made me hold my breath and then almost cry it's so good! My only suggestion is to seperate different scenes in the story so the reader doesn't get confused.

It's very good, but you switch from past tense to present tense and back throughout the story, which is confusing. And there wasn't any break between the part where Kakashi and Rin are together and when Kakashi's on a mission so that was also sort of confusing, but other than that it's written very well. good job!
