I actually followed this story back on kotorfanmedia years ago and have always hoped that you would finish it, please don't give up on it as it is one of the ones I most hope are finished

Oh poor Atris, ever the maker of her own tragedies.

This story is really compelling and has me gripped chapter by chapter. The characters are well drawn, the plot is dynamic and flows well, and the grammer/spelling is almost perfect. There's a healthy balance between dialogue and description (vital for good storytelling) and all the characters seem to be going somewhere. KOTOR has such a limited fan base within fanfiction so it's great to see such dedication from an author, and I'm glad to see the story hasn't been abandoned like many others but is still a work in progress.

I like to give some concrit, but you've done such a fantastic job there's little I could say. One thing I think you may want to be wary of is introducing too many characters. You have Kai, Atris, Revan, Mical, Quatra all with their own storylines to a point. It seems to work fine for now, but it can be very easy for a reader to get lost in all of them, and you risk losing the momentum you've built up so far.

But, whatever you choose to do, this has been a wonderful story so far and I eagerly await the next chapter. (P.S: Loving Atris's storyline!)

This is really a truly great story. The pace of the story keeps it flowing seamlessly, the characters are for the most part relatively simple but the situations they find themselves in pushes their views and the definitions they surround themselves with.

It truly is a pleasure to read a story of this quality on this site, particularly since so few have the effort put into them that you clearly do. An unfortunate case I find myself subject to at times.

The inclusion of characters from other series aside from KOTOR really adds additional dimensions to the story, even if their roles are in passing it's still interesting such as Zayne, whose character seems somewhat similar to Kai's.

Kai and Atris's relationship is interesting. Seeing how they react to each other, their growing connection and the fear that Atris has of such a bond forming.

The background you give the characters are great in the way they support their characteristics and define them. Kai's suicidal tendency was compelling. It took the hero complex so prevalent in such series to a level that adds a situation that is not only difficult to solve, but one that questions the very principals of Jedi.

Revan is an interesting character, particularly the way you wrote him. Revan's interest in Kai is fascinating as it seems to almost border on the obsessive, almost but he still keeps sufficient distance by trying to manipulate those around Kai to want to try and mold Kai more to his own liking, a situation he may find far more difficult than he believes.

There are very few stories I would re-read, and this is surely one of them. It really inspires me to try harder with my own writing.

Wonderful story, I cannot wait for more.
