I feel like this story gets forgotten a lot. This is a real moment for the audience to meet Ginny, and most people don't even remember it exists. I love your interpretation of it, and I love your writing in general. Can't wait for your next story!

"I'm Ginny Weasley, and I don't need a damn knight." PERFECTION. This is the true Ginny that got tossed out the window while the movie scripts were written. I always thought it strange that Jo never touched on Ginny's first year until OotP. You've got the strong independent Ginny, but you make her realistic, because no on could have an experience like that with Voldemort and not be changed. Fantastic!

I really like how you portray Ginny as such a strong girl. I also enjoyed how you developed a back story from a single conversation in the books. Thank you for writing.

when I read the ending for the second book, I didnt believe Ginny could heal that easily and I think you really showed how hard it was for her deal with everything.

Reading your story really makes the reader put away all misconceptions about Ginny. There is so much to her than just a damsel in distress or the best friend's sister. You show that there really is a person with experiences and emotions and desires underneath all that.

I've always hated Ginny. Well, not hated, but I never really liked her. I always condemned Harry for choosing her, saying, she has no depth. But the way you interpret her, I feel real bad for disliking poor Ginevra all these years. D

Oh, I like this. I think you're right - no way does Ginny just walk way from possession by complete evil and a week late she's completely fine. Ugh. But I also love that Bill is the 3rd person who know about it - and really, he's the only one that SHE tells. I love good sibling relationships, and this was beautiful.

hey, i'm not completely sure if i had reviewed on hpff, so i'm doin it now, but mainly because i noticed a bit of time fram probs. well, one. u said 2 and a half. it would be more like 3 and a half or something. because that was in 5th year, her 4th. so, yeah... but again, i love how you find things that no one ever notices and use them to make it feel like: oh! thats how they were feeling. its brilliant. i hope you keep it up

great job. I've thought about this before, too. I've never liked the fact that we don't see much of Ginny in the books. I love reading a good characterization, but even more - a good look inside her head, particularly regarding her first year. Nicely done.
