What a fitting end to such a story! I love how it's not a happy ending, because Sirius can't fit in with the pack and Remus can't fit in with the Order. The whole story balances the two characters perfectly, and that consistency makes the story work really well. The whole idea of the plot, what with Greyback taking Remus, is actually really realistic, and Remus' angry character really reflects that perfectly. Some small details worked nicely too: Aaron, who makes Remus seem more human, the golden eyes and why Remus wanted to be bitten, Greyback's abuse which really fits his character, etc. I also love imperfect Remus and Sirius' relationship is, how it doesn't even work in the end and how they seem to love and hate each other at the same time.

This was so perfect. I have been looking for a fanfic like this for so long. I just adored Remus' characterisation and the plot was incredibly gripping. I managed to read this in four hours.

Awesome plot and storyline, but you really need to have a readthrough yourself or get a beta to do it, because there are a lot of unfortunate errors. Wrong words (sent is the past tense of send, not scent which is aroma), literally every use of then/than except one (that I noticed/remember at least) was grammatically incorrect, the word order was weird in a few places and made it very hard to understand, and I think there were a few other things I have forgotten.

I'm sorry if it offends you, but I just think it's a waste when you have such a good story but it's brought down by such things.

Ok, so this fic is GOOD. but the ending saddens me to no end

But at the same time I am happy and extremely worried- happy that Remus finally got separated from Greyback and worried for what it is to come.
Why isn't this fic at the top of page, that I really don't know.
But I guess that in some moments you do need a hard stomach to continue reading.

This was a very interesting story. The whole wolf pack element was so fascinating. I wish Remus and Sirius could be together, but I'm glad he'll live as alpha from now on. I wish it would have ended different, but it was very well written.

This was great. The ending just about tore my heart out. I am not usually a Remus/sirius fan but I really like how you did it in this. I wish that they had been able to stay together in the end, I guess not everyone gets a happily ever after.
