It's not going to look good for Virg if he's known that Richie's had a 'crush'/'in-love' with him for years_and was hurting him with his feigned obliviousness as Madelyn suggests.

You've done a great job with her character/personna. Great dialog and many layers/moods that were all expressed/written with great attention and detail. The flow was natural and comfortable. It's pretty easy to visualize your writing-it's nice to see the pictures in my head when I read your descriptive style.

I'm a bit disappointed that it's been almost 21/2 years to get to the 5th chapter-I hope you have time for more frequent updates.

If I thought your writing sucked-I wouldn't care whether or not you updated_but unfortunately; you're a very good story teller-and I want to read more. Thanks for sharing it.
