Great start, I see this was written several years ago but, any chance of expanding on it? I love reading fanfics and enjoy BtVS/Captain America crossovers but with the exception of two writers (that have stopped writing before completing their works) no one has written a really good one. This opening has the possibility of being a well written and long story. Add in your style of writing and the story should be phenomenal.
I'm just asking for to think about it.

The thought of CORDELIA as the She-Hulk, it makes the mind boggle, I had a little snigger over that one. I must say that I like the idea of Xander becoming Captain America, especially with the implications that this could bring to the Watcher's Council. I wonder how Buffy and Willow would take it, not to mention Dawn?

man you got my idea i was thinking in doing a she hulk cordelia probably as a halloween mishap but ahh your sstories are always valuable really this was really good prequel and a sequel could be apreciated really

I do agree that Xander would make one hell of a Captain America.

I can see Xander as the new Cap. And it would be considered an honor for ANYONE to be considered for this role.
