Fantastic, absolutely stunning!

Never have I read such an intresting story, great description of battle scenes!

But the knowledge on tactics was slightly shallow, a bit basic...nothing much to affect the story, keep it up!

P.S I like your character's history and the whole idea of an

all-out war.

One or two spells per MINUTE? That must make Wizard Duels exceptionally boring.
doRodrigo chapter 1 . 6/24/2007
LOVING IT. JUST LOVING IT.
Lal Mirch chapter 11 . 6/23/2007
I can say my first thought of this story that this fanfic was pretty unorthodox and at best weird, but the story is also highly addictive and the plot fascinating.
Irishnut666 chapter 10 . 5/30/2007
The idea of the 'bullet' spell casing is intriging, however from the way you have described it. A unification of current muggle firearms and the magic bullet would be possible.

The use of muskets in the beginning, granted. But the use of casing such as modern ones would not ba a great stretch of development. In fact would it not be better and more cost efficent to develop this type of bullet, even just up to World War 1 rifle standards such as the Lee Enfield? In terms of value this would increase the force multiplier of Harry's army.

Also what is the current state of America's magical military?

Is thier Technomancy just as high or higher?
Cbccat chapter 11 . 5/26/2007
This is a wonderful story and you should be proud of your work. It's well written, detailed, and has a smooth flow from one part to another. You've avoided the trap some writers fall into when writing. You fleshed out the characters, both new and old, personalities for your fic and breathed new life into them.

As for this last chapter I have only a few things to comment on. I hope you will be adding more of the elder Potters into the story, as well as the Marauders and the wizarding world's reaction to the crown's decision. Surely this will cause quite a stir in the Ministry and general population.

And on the subject of Harry I can understand his reaction to Dumble's attack on Ginny. He was already a bit stressed from being ordered to retreat and finding out about the ministry's betrayal. Then the old man had to try and stop the students from leaving. The last straw was Ginny.

Love does strange things to people. When we see someone we love in danger we don't stop to think about the hows and whys. We react. It's instinctive, this reaction to protect the ones we love by whatever means. And that's what Harry did-reacted to the unwarrented attack on his beloved wife by a manipulative old man. His violent reaction might seem a bit overboard to some, but that is the only thing I can see that might get thru Dumbles' thick ego.

The only thing I can see wrong with this fic...is that it is not finished! Please write more very soon.

Great chapter and story I'll be waiting for the next chapter anxiously.
Apocalypso-33 chapter 11 . 5/25/2007
Just when you had successfully managed to build up Harry's character to make him seem intelligent and cunning enough to assume a role that demands maturity, you went and ruined it. In this last chapter, Harry:

1) screamed and threw tantrums.

2) flipped out and acted like a brat. This I'm shocked at... if he's so damned powerful, how did he not notice that it was a stunner that Dumbledore used?

3) got chastised like a little boy and acted bashfully.

So, all that building up was for naught. In the end, Harry's little more than a kid with a big title and a lot of firepower to command.
